Q: When are crates required for shipping my order?
A: Due to shipping requirements and the potential for damage, some products over 30" on the short side, or over 40" in length must be crated at an additional cost. Products over 40" long that are shipped flat may require freight shipping, We can provide freight quotes for these orders. Please allow additional time for the quote and freight delivery times. All additional Crate and Freighting Fees will be billed separately after processing your order.
Q: What is your sales tax policy?
A: We charge local Sales Tax on all orders shipping to California, regardless of the location of your billing address. Shipping destinations outside of California are not charged Sales Tax.

We believe that JD's art will increase your happiness and if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 14 days of receipt and receive a free replacement for the price of the product. All JD Shultz prints, custom orders and products are final sale and non-returnable. You may exchange for an equal or lesser value if you are not happy. You are responsible for shipping fees.
