Artist Proof | Acrylic on Canvas | Signed | Certificate Included

LA Love is for the true fans — the ones who bleed blue and gold. This bold, vibrant piece brings together two of Los Angeles’ most legendary teams...the Dodgers and the Lakers...inside a powerful heart that pulses with color, pride, and movement.

Originally painted in acrylic on canvas, this Artist Proof edition preserves every brushstroke, every layer, and every bit of the energy that makes LA magic. Printed on museum-quality canvas with archival inks, each piece is hand-signed and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

“My art isn’t meant to blend in. It’s meant to wake something up inside you.” ~ JD Shultz

The Process Behind the Work

Each artwork begins as an original painting by JD Shultz, created on canvas or plexiglass using layered acrylic techniques.

Plexiglass pieces are painted on the reverse side, building the image back-to-front to create depth, clarity, and a luminous finish.

Mixed media works are developed from the original painting and enhanced through layered materials and finishes — preserving the integrity of the original while adding dimension and presence.
