The layered color, movement, and mood pull you right into the scene... banjo, fiddle, guitar, washboard, brass, all played with grit and joy.
Painted on a 36" x 48" acrylic on plexiglas. The reverse-painted Plexiglas gives the image a luminous, electric quality...almost like sound turned into light. Every line and layer was painted backward, with intention, flow, and soul.
