"Time Traveler" Artist Proof

"Time Traveler" | Artist Proof | by JD Shultz | Signed (2 of 30)

“Time Traveler” came from a place beyond words. It is a visual expression of motion, memory, and multidimensional energy.

This artist proof captures the depth, texture, and movement of the original with stunning clarity. It’s a piece that pulls you forward, almost like it’s alive... reminding you that time isn’t linear... it’s felt.

Printed in a small batch of just 30, this signed Artist Proof is #2 of 30 and holds the same vibrance and detail that makes the original unforgettable.

The Process Behind the Work

Each artwork begins as an original painting by JD Shultz, created on canvas or plexiglass using layered acrylic techniques.

Plexiglass pieces are painted on the reverse side, building the image back-to-front to create depth, clarity, and a luminous finish.

Mixed media works are developed from the original painting and enhanced through layered materials and finishes — preserving the integrity of the original while adding dimension and presence.
